By purchasing and participating in our workshops, services, or accessing any related materials from 13 EL3V3N, you agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright and Usage Policy

• All content provided in workshops, including but not limited to presentations, materials, Legacy Planner books, and on-demand recordings, are the exclusive property of 13 EL3V3N and are protected under copyright law.

• Participants may not share, reproduce, distribute, or provide access to these materials to anyone who was not part of the original purchase or explicitly named as a gift recipient during registration.

• Violation of this policy may result in revocation of access to current and future workshops and materials.

2. Participant Conduct During Workshops

We are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. By attending our workshops (live or on-demand), you agree to:

• Treat all participants and facilitators with respect.

• Refrain from hate speech, bullying, disruptive behavior, promotions, or offensive remarks of any kind during live chats, group discussions, or other interactions.

• Ensure that all communication aligns with a supportive and positive environment.

Behavior Violations:

• If a participant violates these conduct rules, 13 EL3V3N reserves the right to remove them from the workshop immediately.

• Depending on the severity of the violation, the participant may be:

• Banned from future live workshops.

• Granted access to the on-demand version of the workshop to fulfill their purchase.

• Denied further access with no refunds issued in cases of severe or repeated violations.

Our goal is to protect all participants’ experiences and ensure that the workshops remain a safe space for growth, reflection, and conversation.

3. Responsibility for Purchase and Attendance

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have selected the correct workshop, offer, or product during registration.

• No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, incorrect selections, or changes of mind.

4. Special Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen situations, such as the loss of a loved one (who is named in the group workshop) for prepaid personal or private workshops, please contact us directly. With proper documentation, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative options to honor your purchase.

5. Access to On-Demand Workshops

• Participants removed from live sessions due to behavior violations may be provided with access to on-demand recordings at the sole discretion of 13 EL3V3N.

• Access to on-demand content is for the sole use of the registered participant or gift recipient and is not to be shared, redistributed, or sold.
